Items damaged due to improper installation

Products marked as final sale

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@robinshop.site with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
