Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods
We use trusted shipping partners to ensure your items arrive securely. Shipping methods vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Large or heavy items may be shipped via freight carriers with curbside delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and size of the order. Any applicable fees will be clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
6. Delivery Instructions
For large or heavy items like doors, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the package. The delivery team is not responsible for moving items inside or installing them.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to take photos of the damage and the packaging, and email them to support@robinshop.site so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Robin Shop is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping or deliveries to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
